Charlie founded the firm in 1964 to provide personalized professional services to local and national, large and small companies and has served as board member and business advisor for many. Charlie maintains valuable relationships within the Metrowest business community and with his peers, able to call on a variety of resources to meet clients' needs. Diana joined the firm in 1980, becoming a partner in 1999. She offers more than two decades of experience in accounting, tax planning and reporting services. Diana holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts and M.S. in Taxation from Bentley College. She serves on various professional boards and committees. Michelle is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a B.S. in Accounting. She has more than 20 years of public accounting experience holding positions as controller and finance officer in corporate and non-profit arenas. She joined the firm in 1999. Jennifer joined the firm in 1997 and continues to provide audit and tax services to diverse industries. A graduate of Fitchburg State College with a B.S. in Accounting, she places particular emphasis on remaining current with financial accounting standards for non-profits.
